The black and white film photographs took by the photographer when he was discovering cities. His images present geometric shapes of architecture. Each one carries the effects of a discreet metamorphosis, whose main spring lies in the loss of scale: gables of buildings transmuted into pyramids, chimneys dilated to the size of a building, models of the 30s taking on accents of Mayan temple . The shades of gray are remarkably subtle, maintained by the large, united areas that emanate from its geometric shapes.
The book shows the variation of the light on an architecture during a day with time passing by.
