Published in 2011, Shogo Yamada’s Omni Polis brings together a series of black and white photographs focusing on the city as place. Here within the images of Yamada’s _Omni Polis _is an exploration into the city and its structure from the viewpoint of capturing those of whom make up the city’s population. What is emphasized within this publication is the similarities shared between cities, their structures and also an emphasis to the recognition of the familiar.
