Justinas Vilutis is a photographer and a graphic designer based in London who works with a diverse range of media. His current practice is focused around subversive content-driven design, print, photography and research. His practice contains a wide range of interests from Honey Boo Boo to psychoanalysis and dialectical materialism.. This book is the result of a project at ECAL (Ecole Cantonale d'Art de Lausanne), where he studied. Pleiades is a very personal work of plastician photography, dealing with sexuality and identity by showing close-ups of the most intimate parts of our bodies. It creates fascinating organic effects in psychedelic colors.
