Sizigia is the moment when the sun the moon and
the earth are aligned, the moment when magic
appears.
This book is black like the night, and l am
hallucinated by the magic, the sparkles of poetry, the
spiritual flare. We may think of Ackerman or
Moriyama,I see Bunuel too.But Pako's images are
very much his own,a spiritual perception of loss
and pain, the mystery of life and death, the absolute
magic of photography, the ephemeral moment of
grace amid the dark reality of drama and chaos.
There is always beauty.Pako is like the black swan,
alone,so elegant and free.
