Born as the second son of a family running a photo studio in Tokushima prefecture, Tatsuki's mother was a model of the NHK series TV novel "Natsuchan's photo studio", and his uncle grew up to be a genuine photographer who was the founder of "Asahi Camera" magazine. After graduating from photography school, he decided to join Art Center Seiichi Horiuchi, join the ad center, and show off with fashion, commercial and nude photography.
