This is the artist's second book, following "Eclipse" (Contrejour, 1990), comprising 13 photographs with accompanying text.

Dolorès Marat was born and works in Paris. A freelance photographer, she continues to pursue her research to the detriment of fashions and genres. Her work uses only the Fresson printing process. The vast majority of her photographs show solitary figures, lost in their own thoughts.
