An existing Russian guide to modify radio frequencies has been re-arranged, also in adding photographs by SUSIN. Xerography on Cyclus offset 80 grams. Spiral-bound. Stiff illustrated wrappers. On the front cover a scheme, produced by Hedy Lamarr. This famous actress also invented a « Spread spectrum by frequency hopping », 'the origin of today's Wi-Fi technology".
